Connectere emerged from our founders' frustration with the traditional conveyancing process. After witnessing countless deals fall through due to delays and poor communication, we set out to create a solution that would revolutionise how property transactions are handled.
We quickly realised that speed alone wasn't enough; successful transactions depend on managing relationships between all parties involved. Our approach focuses on fostering strong communication between solicitors, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and clients to ensure everyone works toward the same goal.
Today, we're proud to help clients exchange contracts in 6-10 weeks, significantly faster than the market average of 18-20 weeks, while maintaining the relationships that keep transactions on track.
